    Position Description:

    This role must be filled at the client site 5 days per week in either Pittsburgh PA , Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, or Birmingham AL.

    For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration‑related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available

    We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise technology initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, architecture, security, and engineering teams to understand business needs, define requirements, map processes, and translate complex objectives into clear and actionable requirements for delivery teams.

    The ideal candidate is a strong Business Analyst with excellent requirements management, process analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and Agile delivery skills. Experience with customer authentication, identity, fraud prevention, contact center, or IVR technologies is beneficial but not required.

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    . Gather, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements for complex enterprise technology initiatives.

    . Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, customer needs, and solution requirements.

    . Analyze and document current state and future state business processes, workflows, and customer journeys.

    . Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, process flows, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and other delivery artifacts.

    . Facilitate requirements workshops and working sessions with business, product, operations, architecture, security, and engineering stakeholders.

    . Identify requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and impacts across business processes and technology solutions.

    . Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirements traceability, and other Agile delivery activities.

    . Work closely with development and testing teams to clarify requirements and ensure delivered solutions align with intended business outcomes.

    . Support testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and production readiness activities.

    . Analyze business processes, operational data, and customer experience metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

    . Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve issues, establish priorities, and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

    . Prepare clear project documentation, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and executive level materials as required.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    . Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

    . 1 + years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

    . Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.

    . Demonstrated experience developing user stories, use cases, process flows, business requirements documents, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability.

    . Strong process analysis and process mapping skills, including current state and future state analysis.

    . Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technology requirements.

    . Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery teams, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and acceptance activities.

    . Ability to facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions involving multiple business and technology teams.

    . Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and technology dependencies.

    . Excellent stakeholder management, written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

    . Ability to work effectively in a complex enterprise environment with multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    . Experience supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), authentication, or identity verification initiatives.

    . Experience with contact center, phone channel, or IVR technologies and business processes.

    . Familiarity with CIAM platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra External ID, or similar technologies.

    . Understanding of customer authentication concepts, including risk based authentication, step up authentication, device intelligence, and identity verification.

    . Experience supporting fraud prevention, account takeover prevention, cybersecurity, or other risk related initiatives.

    . Experience analyzing customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience while maintaining appropriate security controls.

    . Experience working within financial services, banking, healthcare, telecommunications, or another highly regulated industry.

    . Familiarity with enterprise security, privacy, risk, audit, and compliance requirements.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $86,500.00.
