Business Analyst

Fincons US is an IT business consulting and system integration company that provides technology and digital transformation services to clients across media, entertainment, telecommunications, and other industries. We work closely with enterprise organizations to deliver solutions across business analysis, software engineering, data, cloud, and project delivery initiatives.

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to support enterprise projects within media and entertainment environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define requirements, improve business processes, and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Support projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related business processes
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements review sessions
• Create user stories, process flows, gap analyses, and functional documentation
• Support Agile project delivery and manage requirements throughout the SDLC
• Coordinate testing efforts, including UAT planning, support, and validation
• Track risks, dependencies, issues, and action items across projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and related project tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Media or entertainment industry experience preferred

Nice to Have:

• Experience with D365 implementations, enhancements, integrations, or data migration projects
• Experience supporting streaming, broadcast, studio, advertising, or content operations
• Experience with enterprise systems, integrations, or workflow platforms
• Prior consulting experience is a plus
