Join our team as a Business Analyst in Madison, WI, on a contract basis. You'll bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and prioritization of product requirements. Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with product owners and development teams.
Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work on payment-related projects within the banking sector.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to product backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Support development teams by clarifying backlog stories.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration.
- Prior experience with mainframe technology is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Assist in planning and executing Agile sprints.
- Provide support to development teams for backlog clarification.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in payment-related banking projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with mainframe technology is a plus.
