Business Analyst ERP / Manufacturing

Location: Onsite Memphis, TN

Duration: 6 months (likely extension)

• Must have ERP/WMS + manufacturing environment experience
• Strong in requirements gathering, fit-gap, UAT, data migration, and shop floor interaction

Overview

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong ERP/WMS and manufacturing experience to support system enhancements and operational initiatives. This role will work closely with business users, IT teams, and leadership to gather requirements and drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Lead fit-gap analysis for ERP/WMS-related initiatives
• Work with stakeholders to define process improvements and system enhancements
• Support data migration, data validation, and master data initiatives
• Create and manage user stories (Jira/ADO) and support Agile delivery
• Coordinate and support UAT, test case validation, and defect resolution
• Partner with operations teams, including shop floor users, to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Assist with post-implementation support and user training

Required Experience

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and/or WMS
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments
• Strong experience with UAT, requirements gathering, and data/process workflows
• Comfortable working in Agile environments (Jira, Azure DevOps)

Nice to Have

• Experience with BOM, MRP, inventory control
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations or migrations
