We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Medical Affairs systems, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will support key medical communications platforms, reporting initiatives, and system optimization efforts across Medical Affairs operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Salesforce CRM, and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT, analytics, digital, and global business teams. This role requires a balance of systems support and business analytics/reporting responsibilities.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, IT, analytics, and cross-functional business teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Support and maintain Medical Communications and Medical Affairs platforms and systems.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate functional business requirements.
• Support Salesforce CRM-related business processes and platform initiatives.
• Generate routine and ad hoc analytics reports to support business decision-making.
• Monitor key performance metrics and reporting accuracy for contact center and Medical Affairs operations.
• Coordinate with data, digital analytics, and customer survey teams during platform enhancements and rollouts.
• Participate in project planning, stakeholder meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across global and local teams.
• Support system optimization, platform oversight, and ongoing operational improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Business Analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and Medical Communications business processes.
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, dashboards, and business insights generation.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience working with IT, data analytics, and digital teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.

• Experience supporting Medical Information or Contact Center analytics platforms.
• Prior experience with enterprise system rollouts and platform optimization initiatives.
• Exposure to Agile project environments.
• Experience working with global pharmaceutical teams.

• Hybrid 3 Days/Week Onsite in South San Francisco, CA

• Two Virtual Interview Rounds

• Local candidates are highly preferred.
• Candidates with direct Medical Affairs systems and analytics experience will be prioritized.
• Remote candidates may be considered based on experience and domain expertise.
