Business Analyst (Migration Project) / 100% Remote / (12 Month Contract)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep experience supporting large‑scale enterprise migrations, system integrations, and regulated operational processes. This BA will play a critical role in requirements definition, process mapping, data and system coordination, governance support, and readiness activities throughout this complex and high‑visibility engagement.

The migration aims to modernize and scale the communication fulfillment ecosystem while ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities


+ Support end‑to‑end migration activities between the legacy provider and new enterprise fulfillment vendor


+ Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria


+ Partner with PMO, technology teams, and Operations stakeholders to support alignment and delivery


+ Support integrations across multiple enterprise systems, including:


+ Core banking


+ CRM applications


+ Alteryx


+ Batch File Transfer (BFT)


+ Content management tools




+ Assist with project governance activities, including RAID management and reporting


+ Document current‑state and future‑state processes, operational flows, and functional requirements


+ Participate in integration testing, proofing, data validation, and regression cycles


+ Support operational readiness, go‑live preparation, cutover checklists, and Hypercare activities


+ Maintain documentation and task tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO)


+ Support PMO reporting rhythms, including bi‑weekly status updates (Clarizen) and SteerCo materials

+ Financial Services / Banking industry Experience


+ End‑to‑end large enterprise migration & vendor transition work


+ Strong governance, risk awareness, and communication capabilities


+ Systems & integration coordination experience across multiple platforms


+ Requirements gathering, process documentation, and delivery discipline


+ Experience with regulated or high‑accuracy customer communications


+ Operational readiness, cutover support, and Hypercare involvement


+ Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)


+ Experience with Clarizen or similar PMO reporting tools



High Priority will be given to candidate profiles that clearly demonstrate:



+ Experience Supporting of large, complex enterprise migrations


+ Experience working in regulated communication environments


+ Strong partnership with PMO, Technology, and Operations teams


+ Direct involvement in system integrations and data flow mapping


+ Experience driving requirements, discovery, and process analysis


+ Hands‑on experience with ADO for requirements/story tracking


+ Familiarity with Clarizen or comparable status and reporting tools


+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a structured, controlled environment



Qualifications



+ Must be a strong communicator who can provide clear requirements, documentation, and risk visibility


+ Must be adaptable to evolving project needs and able to support multiple integration workstreams


+ Must have prior experience in regulated communication environments and complex system transitions

This is a Contract position based out of Tukwila, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
