Our client, a well-established Property & Casualty insurance carrier, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their growing team and play a key role in large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives across the Personal Lines division.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic change, work closely with senior leadership, and contribute to initiatives focused on system modernization, process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.

This is a Hybrid role and will require you to be onsite 3 days a week.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
Lead business and systems transformation projects from discovery through implementation
\n
Partner with business stakeholders, underwriters, actuaries, and IT teams to define and deliver solutions
\n
Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
\n
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings across cross-functional teams
\n
Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies
\n
Support legacy system modernization and policy administration enhancement initiatives
\n
Drive testing activities including UAT, QA, and change readiness efforts
\n
Contribute to automation and AI-focused projects
\n
\n
\n
Required Experience
\n
\n
7+ years of Business Analysis experience
\n
Strong Property & Casualty insurance experience, ideally within Personal Lines
\n
Experience supporting business and technology transformation initiatives
\n
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
\n
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis
\n
Experience translating business needs into technical solutions
\n
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
\n
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or related analytical tools is highly desirable
\n
\n
