Business Analyst – Mortgage Strategy & Transformation (100% Remote)
Our client, a leading Management Consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation initiative for Banking Client within their mortgage business.
This role is open on a W2 Basis or Straight Full Time. No Third parties.
This role will help assess the current mortgage business, including products, servicing operations, third-party/vendor relationships, and overall operating model. The consultant will work closely with senior business leaders to analyze findings and develop executive-level recommendations.

What You'll Do
- Analyze mortgage business processes, products, and servicing operations
- Evaluate mortgage portfolio, product offerings, packaging/bundling strategies, and outsourcing models
- Gather and analyze business and operational data from multiple systems
- Document findings, business processes, and recommendations
- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
- Partner with senior business stakeholders throughout the engagement
- Support strategic transformation initiatives, including M&A/integration analysis where applicable
Required Experience
- 10+ years as a Business Analyst
- Deep experience within the mortgage industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Mortgage products
- Mortgage servicing
- Mortgage operations
- Third-party servicing/vendors
- Experience supporting large business transformation initiatives
- Executive presentation and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Canadian mortgage industry experience
- M&A integration or business integration projects
- Commercial or Corporate Banking experience
- Vendor/outsourcing assessments
