Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. The Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help drive business decisions and improve processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the company's operations and processes

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present findings to management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and increase efficiency

- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities for the company

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
