Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving process automation initiatives using BPM and Appian low-code solutions.
Rate Range: $37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams.
Conduct process analysis, create AS-IS and TO-BE process models, and identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation.
Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for Appian development teams.
Support the design and implementation of Appian-based workflow, process automation, and low-code solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and stakeholder demos to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain project documentation, ensure requirements traceability, and validate solutions to confirm alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management (BPM), and process automation initiatives.
Strong expertise in Appian low-code platform, BPM process modeling, requirements gathering, workflow design, and stakeholder management.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process maps (BPMN), and supporting end-to-end digital transformation projects.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
