Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will drive business process improvement by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while ensuring alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Rate Range: $44/Hour to $45/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process discovery activities.

• Analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Develop current-state and future-state process flows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to support solution design and delivery.

• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and obtain business sign-offs.

• Support transformation and modernization initiatives by ensuring requirements are traceable, validated, and aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, stakeholder management, and business process improvement.

• Experience supporting transformation, migration, regulatory, or platform modernization initiatives.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
