Business Analyst

BKM Capital Partners is a growing firm looking for driven, entrepreneurial professionals who are passionate about technology, data, and solving complex business problems. Located in our Newport Beach, California office, the Business Analyst will play an integral role in advancing the firm's use of technology, data, automation, and analytics across the organization.

This position will serve as a critical bridge between BKM's business teams and technology resources, partnering with departments across the organization to understand how they operate, identify challenges and opportunities, and translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions. The Business Analyst will develop a deep understanding of business processes and use that knowledge to help teams automate workflows, improve reporting, leverage data more effectively, and operate more efficiently. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with a highly technical foundation in data architecture, data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, and automation. This individual should be equally comfortable meeting with business leaders to understand an operational challenge, translating that challenge into technical requirements, working within Snowflake and related data infrastructure, and developing analytical or visualization solutions that turn complex data into actionable business insights.

This role is 100% in-office due to the collaborative nature.
