Identity & Access Management Business Analyst – Strategic Entitlements Team

The Strategic Entitlements project team within Institutional Securities Technology division is looking for a strong I&AM Business Analyst to drive their strategic entitlement onboarding initiative for Sales & Trading business. This role requires extensive collaboration with business stakeholders, global risk teams and senior technology stakeholders. Onboarding initiative involves data analysis and role-based access control technologies. Strong experience with Identity & Access Management programs is key to be successful in this role.

Required:

• 5+ years of experience with role-based access control concepts and Identity & Access Management tools.

• Extensive experience of sales trading and trading systems.

• Passion for technology and automation. We use software to drive variety of tasks from development, testing of the systems, to deployment, and data analysis. We aim to automate all manual repetitive tasks in our development process.

• Excellent interpersonal skills. The nature of work in the team is collaborative, and we are looking for people who can be effective in small working groups, while still be able to communicate and work well with colleagues from across the globe.

• Strong analytical skills, our day-to-day work includes data-driven design, analysis and troubleshooting.

• Interest in Agile and DevOps concepts, including test-driven development.

• Strong ownership mentality.

Preferred:

• Identity & Access Management tools (e.g., SSO, Provisioning, Workflows)

• Scripting language e.g. Python

• Automated testing

• Excel skills

• Experience with APIs and Angular
