Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and technical teams to understand current processes, pain points, and business requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Create process maps, workflows, and swimlane diagrams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Convert business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Develop functional and UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document defects and track them through resolution.
• Coordinate UAT sessions with business users.
• Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on government, education, pension, retirement, financial, or large application modernization projects is preferred.

Exposure to Azure, REST APIs, Angular, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Power BI would be an advantage.
