Position Overview:Join UES as a Business Analyst in Orlando and be the hands-on driver helping turn manual processes into scalable, AI-enabled workflows in support of our AI Strategy & Integration initiatives. This role will assist with the identification, design, and delivery of AI and automation solutions across the organization—bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to improve and modernize existing processes through applied AI.
You’ll be responsible for understanding current-state workflows, uncovering AI-driven improvement opportunities, defining business and functional requirements for intelligent solutions, and supporting implementation, deployment, and user adoption. This role operates at the intersection of business analysis, digital transformation, and applied AI.
We’re looking for a highly organized, early-career, project-focused Business Analyst who pairs technical literacy with strong project and change-management skills. You focus on user workflows, adoption, and measurable business impact, bring operational empathy from field-facing work or deep frontline immersion, and have proven experience contributing to AI/automation pilots or rollouts.

This position requires occasional domestic overnight travel, approximately 25% of the time, to support
business objectives and client engagements. Travel may be both scheduled and on short notice, depending on
project needs. Destinations typically include job sites, field locations, or regional offices, where work may be
conducted in outdoor or operational environments. Adherence to all company safety protocols and use of PPE is
required during travel and on-site work
This is an on-site role based in our Orlando office and requires regular in-office attendance.
