Role: Business Analyst

Serve as a Business Analyst on an existing development team, working under a team lead to ensure system functionality.
Conduct requirements gathering, system testing, documentation, and provide customer support.
Create and manage user stories, tasks, and bugs using Azure DevOps or similar project management software.
Participate in facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including:
Business Requirements: Project initiation documents, project goals, and quality measures.
Functional Requirements: Descriptions of system, process, or product/service functionality.
User (Stakeholder) Requirements: Interpretation of stakeholder needs to inform design, development, and test case formulation.
Quality-of-Service (Non-Functional) Requirements: Technical standards including performance, scalability, security, and usability.
Assist with training, development of user guides, and other related activities as needed.
Requirements Gathering: At least 2 years of experience with formal methodologies.
Software Support: At least 2 years of experience supporting software in a production environment and resolving customer-reported issues.
Testing: At least 2 years of experience conducting full system testing.
Documentation: Proven ability to develop business, functional, user, and non-functional requirements.
Agile/Scrum: Experience working within Scrum or Agile teams.
Automated Testing: Familiarity with automated testing practices and software (e.g., Selenium).
Accessibility: Experience testing/documenting accessibility requirements; familiarity with WCAG 2.1 standards is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
