Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, and Technology teams to understand business objectives and operational needs.
Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Product Owners and Operations teams to prioritize requirements and manage scope.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
Assist testing teams in preparing test scenarios, validating functionality, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify business risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with proposed changes.
Support implementation activities, production validation, and post-deployment issue resolution.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
Strong experience within the Banking, Financial Services, or Payments domain.
Proven experience working on Payments initiatives, preferably Wire Payments.
Excellent requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
User Stories
Process Flows
Acceptance Criteria
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Fedwire and/or The Clearing House (TCH) payment systems.
Understanding of payment message formats and payment processing workflows.
Experience working with payment operations, treasury services, or transaction banking platforms.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping exercises.
Prior Product Owner or Product Analyst experience.
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
