- Serves as the lead Business Analyst, responsible for project success and analyst team coordination.
- Prepares and delivers clear presentations and project status updates to stakeholders and process owners.
- Oversees and coordinates multiple Business Analysts on large, complex projects.
- Facilitates conflict resolution, maintains confidentiality, and manages project dynamics with emotional intelligence.
- Operates within organizational guidelines to collect, clarify, and disseminate critical project information.
- Evaluates and consolidates information from multiple sources to extract core functional requirements.
- Translates complex user requirements into actionable business, functional, and test scenarios.
- Authors and maintains comprehensive technical and project documentation.
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills and exceptional communication (written and verbal).
- Effectively balances and organizes multiple competing tasks.
- Collaborates within cross-functional teams and across organizational boundaries.
- Synthesizes stakeholder feedback and adjusts project plans as needed.
- Builds and maintains strong professional relationships internally and externally.
