Requirements Gathering: Interviewing stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs. System Analysis & Design: Analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software to improve performance. Technical Documentation: Creating detailed functional specifications, workflow charts, and user stories for development teams. Process Improvement: Reviewing existing business processes and designing new, efficient workflows Implementation & Support: Guiding the implementation of new systems, overseeing testing (UAT), and offering post-launch suppor
