Business Analyst - Plano, TX - Contract - $27-37 Per HR
Join our team as a Business Analyst in a dynamic onsite role. This contract position involves overseeing order management processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing critical insights for strategic decision-making. You'll work with a range of technologies to optimize business operations and support cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee order lifecycle management, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Generate and distribute comprehensive reports for key accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer service teams, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and improve processes.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and contribute to the implementation of new tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-4 years of experience in order management or supply chain roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems and office software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
