Description

• Act as a business analyst for non-IT projects, maintaining vendor relationships.
• Support organizational roles above an administrative level and below management.
• Manage project processes, including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
• Report to a project manager or director.
• Work onsite in a regional location, ensuring effective communication across business units.
• Utilize generic office technology for project tracking and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication services across business units and project teams.
• Review contracts and cost proposals.
• Establish and document business processes.
• Track project budgets and expenditures.
• Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related administrative and project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
• Experience with standard office software.
• Proven project and program management skills.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
