Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.

Position Overview:

You will serve as a data-driven business partner supporting the PG&A (Parts, Garments & Accessories) Seasonal, Commercial, and Government/Defense categories, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive sales, profitability, and dealer retail growth. In this role, you will analyze market, consumer, competitive, and sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the seasonal business lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with category leadership and cross-functional teams to inform assortment, pricing, and product strategies. You will also provide regular reporting and recommendations with visibility to senior leadership. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions through analytics and drive measurable impact across category performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver weekly and monthly business insights, including performance tracking, root cause analysis, opportunity sizing, sales trends, and key financial metrics.

  • Lead analytics across the seasonal lifecycle, including pre-season planning, in-season performance management, and post-season recaps, identifying risks and enabling timely business adjustments.

  • Analyze product categories and commodities to inform assortment decisions, pre-season buys, pricing strategies, promotions, and bundling opportunities.

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packages with insights and recommendations to support short- and long-term sales growth and leadership decision-making.

  • Leverage internal and external data sources, including dealer management systems, to analyze retail and inventory performance and identify regional trends.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, eCommerce, and product teams to gather and analyze consumer insights and inform product planning and launches.

  • Partner with planning and SIOP teams to monitor inventory, identify aging or obsolescence risks, and recommend actions to optimize inventory flow and end-of-season strategies.

  • Monitor external market factors such as competitive activity, industry dynamics, and weather trends to adjust forecasts and identify growth opportunities.

  • Support reporting design and data consistency efforts, including maintaining standardized templates and organized datasets.

  • Evaluate product lifecycle performance and recommend product changes, eliminations, and SKU rationalization.

  • Assess new market opportunities and contribute to business case development, line planning, and financial targets.

Desired Competencies:

  • Data & Analytical Literacy: You interpret data, metrics, or reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure outcomes relevant to your role.

  • Business Acumen: You understand how your work impacts financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational goals, and you make decisions with the broader business context in mind.

  • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative market research tools.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI required. Experience in SQL and Python preferred.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and influence cross-functional decision-making.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Experience supporting seasonal or variable demand businesses preferred.

  • Some travel, up to 10% travel.

  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
