This role requires hands on Business Analyst experience within post-trade operations.


The Business Analyst will leads end to end business analysis for a large-scale post-trade platform implementation, driving requirements, process design, and delivery readiness.

Client Details

The client is a global financial services organisation based in New York, operating in a hybrid work environment. This role is on site 4 days a week in New York, NY.


Candidate must already be local to NYC for interviews.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Document end-to-end post-trade workflows and identify control gaps.
  • Serve as functional lead on post-trade platform design and vendor alignment.
  • Define data mappings, integrations, and detailed requirement artefacts.
  • Oversee testing cycles and support go-live readiness and issue resolution.

Profile

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Extensive experience in post-trade operations and capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of securities lending, repo, and settlement flows.
  • Solid accounting expertise across GL, subledger, and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead vendor implementations and complex programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.

Job Offer
