Business Analyst (Power BI)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
Location: On-Site in North Canton, OH

Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key performance metrics.
- Develop SQL queries, data models, and reporting datasets to support business needs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making.
- Support enterprise reporting platforms, data integration processes, and analytics initiatives.
- Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications for the Business Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
