We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst (Pricing Manager)<\/b> to join our team in optimizing our procurement processes and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers across our network of 15 wine and spirits retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

**Procurement Analysis & Strategy<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Conduct in -depth analysis of current procurement spend, supplier contracts, and market trends across wine, spirits, and related product categories<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to maximize cost savings while maintaining high product quality standards<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify opportunities for consolidating purchases, leveraging bulk discounts, and streamlining the supply chain<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    <\/span><\/div>
    **Supplier Relationship Management<\/span>
    <\/span><\/div>
    • Manage relationships with key suppliers, distributors, and vendors supplying wine, spirits, glassware, bar supplies, and related products<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements that provide the best value for our clients<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      <\/span><\/div>
      **Data Analysis & Reporting<\/span>
      <\/span><\/div>
      • Analyze procurement data to identify cost drivers, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Develop detailed reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and clients<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement costs, supplier performance, and process efficiency<\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Required Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
        <\/span><\/div>
        • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier relationship management roles<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem -solving skills<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Excellent communication and presentation abilities<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and ERP/procurement systems<\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Knowledge of the wine and spirits industry is a strong advantage
