Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work with business users, warehouse operations, and IT teams to support WMS enhancements and implementations.
Perform fit-gap analysis and support migration from legacy WMS to Manhattan Active WMS.
Create and execute test cases, support SIT/UAT, and validate solutions.
Coordinate with external systems and vendors for ERP, TMS, conveyor, and automation integrations.
Support production issues, user training, and post-go-live activities.
