Business Analyst / Project Manager

LABUR is partnering with a client in the pharmaceutical development space to identify a Business Analyst / Project Manager who can drive multiple concurrent workstreams across CRM platforms and development operations. This contract role calls for a hybrid PM/BA professional who can lead RFP development efforts from requirements gathering through vendor selection, then transition seamlessly into project execution. Upcoming initiatives include a CRM rationalization effort evaluating platforms such as Salesforce and Veeva CRM, KOL engagement programs, and CRM integration work - making versatility and the ability to ramp quickly essential.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements for RFP proposals, partnering closely with pharma development stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, and Development Operations
• Lead CRM rationalization initiatives, evaluating platforms such as Salesforce and Veeva CRM to determine the optimal solution for the development organization
• Transition from requirements definition and vendor selection into hands-on project management, owning project plans, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
• Coordinate UAT, validation support, and release readiness activities in regulated environments
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
• Support KOL engagement programs and CRM integration efforts as priorities evolve across the development organization

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within a pharma or biotech development organization
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM
• Demonstrated ability to develop RFP requirements and manage vendor selection processes
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Compensation

$75-$80/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
