Job Title: Business Analyst ( QA & Criminal Justice Systems Specialist 13+ Years)
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and managing business requirements from stakeholders and system artifacts, ensuring accurate documentation and ongoing requirement maintenance.
- Experience in developing detailed business requirements and process documentation, including use cases, workflow diagrams, screen mockups, and data dictionaries.
- Experience in designing test strategies, preparing test plans and test cases, and executing functional, system, and regression testing while ensuring full requirement traceability and test coverage.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking application defects through resolution, including performing regression testing and validation of fixes.
- Experience working with criminal justice-related systems, including but not limited to statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification, criminal history management, sex offender tracking, missing/wanted persons systems, and other law enforcement applications.
