Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering expertise
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Product Backlog Management
- Ability to translate business requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Business Process Analysis, Process Mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and Gap Analysis
- Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SDLC, UAT, and Quality Assurance processes
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and project status reporting
- Data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Testers to deliver business value
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Product & Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business Partners and technical teams. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, translating requirements into actionable product features, managing the product backlog, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring solutions meet business, quality, compliance, and operational objectives.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes
- Document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
- Partner with Product Owner to manage and prioritize backlog
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Work closely with developers, Product Owners, and testers
Salary Range: $80,000 -$89,000 year
