Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst- Mid Level for our client at Research  at 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh, North Carolina 27607

Note

The client is looking for a Mid-Level Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and Agile delivery. The candidate should have strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, SDLC, SIT/UAT, user stories, process/data flow diagrams, and stakeholder workshops. Experience with eDMS/ECM, records management, document retention, Orbus Infinity, and procurement documentation will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Develop epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items using Jira and Confluence.
• Document current-state/future-state processes, workflows, data flows, system interactions, and business rules.
• Create process flow, data flow, ER, and system context diagrams using Visio/Orbus Infinity.
• Support SIT, UAT, test cases, test scenarios, defect management, and acceptance testing.
• Assist with procurement documentation, SOWs, vendor questions, and solution evaluations.
• Support change management, requirements traceability, implementation, training, deployment, and go-live activities.
