The Business Analyst will be responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities, defining requirements, and maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and government entities to manage projects and implement new products/services.
  • Analyze moderate-to-complex business problems, gather requirements, research alternatives, and drive consensus for customized solutions.
  • Research and analyze operational data to generate reports and identify trends for management and business partners.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new processes (including hand-offs to the Project Management Team) and provide direct support and training to end-users.
  • Exercise independent judgment to resolve issues, negotiate with implementation teams, and achieve project objectives while minimizing delays.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of directly related experience.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to interview, formulate questions.
  • Data management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in order to define parameters to meet business requirements.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Basic knowledge of general business environment/operation and general cost-benefit awareness.
Pay Rate: $78.57 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
