Required:
Experience with business analysis, process documentation, or related roles;
Experience creating process diagrams and workflow documentation (e.g., swimlane diagrams, process maps);
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases;
Experience with DevOps or similar work item management tools;
Experience with functional testing and UAT coordination;
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Engage with business units to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities, and interface with technical resources to translate requirements;
Document current-state and future-state processes using structured methods such as process maps, swimlane diagrams, and workflow charts;
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories in a work item management system;
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to refine and validate requirements;
Develop test plans, test scripts, and step-by-step testing instructions, and execute functional testing to validate solution accuracy and readiness;
Document defects, track resolution progress, verify fixes, and coordinate or support user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions;
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, communicate project updates, risks, and issues, and support change management activities including training materials and documentation.
