Business Analyst / Researcher / Operations Specialist

micro1 is seeking Business Analysts, Researchers, and Operations Specialists to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis, research, and operational reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation.
Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
