--- Project Description ---
The resources will be invovled with the OCFS IES project team. The
resources will support OCFS and its program areas to ensure the
needs of the project are met.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Participate in meetings to elicit, document and validate business
requirements
2. Develop to-be process flows
3. Collaborate and serve as a liaison between ITS, OCFS Program, BSSI
and Finance staff
4. Assist with system testing, including the development, validation, and
execution of test plans

--- Required Qualifications ---
" 60 months of experience working with a financial management system.
" 60 months of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and
identify areas for improvement.
" 60 months of experience eliciting, documenting and validating business
requirements.
" 60 months of experience presenting complex technical information to non-
technical program area staff.
" 60 months of experience conducting or overseeing user acceptance testing
(UAT.)
" 60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services (HHS)
Information System or a Child Welfare Information System.
" 60 months of experience working with an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) in
a state where health and human services are state-supervised, locally
administered.
