We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare engagement. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership, translating complex business and policy requirements into clear, actionable documentation and solutions. Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and project objectives
- Analyze business processes, data, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather and document requirements through interviews, research, and data analysis
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive project progress
- Develop insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Organize and manage project documentation, reports, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary
- Balance multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery of work
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3 – 7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project-based environments
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience gathering and compiling data through interviews, research, and analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in ambiguous environments
- Industry knowledge or exposure to project-based work is a plus
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred) of business analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare, public health, or consulting environment. (MediCal knowledge)
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex requirements across diverse stakeholder groups, including clinical, operational, policy, and technical audiences
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, regulatory frameworks,is strongly advantageous
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from $95K to $120K, depending on experience.
