Business Analyst
Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Remote)
Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and the remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role. Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows. Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud). Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
General Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
