Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience to join our client's team. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and Salesforce development teams to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, AI-powered Agentforce, and Agile delivery.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Salesforce implementations
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (required)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, automation, and integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Administrator certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce AI, Einstein, or related Salesforce ecosystem products
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Assist with testing, UAT, training, and production deployment activities
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business needs and Salesforce best practices
