Job Description Education Requirement • Associate's Degree Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros, formulas, and data analysis) • Experience working with data, spreadsheets, and databases • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to follow defined processes and execute repeatable tasks • Strong organizational and time management skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems • Experience creating or updating work instructions or process documentation • Familiarity with data cleanup, reporting, or operational support functions Job Responsibilities: • Gather and compile data from databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems • Maintain and update records, files, and tracking logs • Execute Excel macros to process transactions (e.g., New Rentals, Rental Closeouts) • Perform system updates including status changes and maintenance plan deactivations • Run macros for vehicle remarketing deactivation and sales item processing • Review, update, and create Work Instructions and job aids • Participate in meetings to support SAP data cleanup and data quality efforts • Process Role Mapping and User Access Requests • Prepare, review, and update reports (e.g., TSD Labor Report) using Excel and distribute via email • Maintain toll account records, including adding/removing license plates and ensuring data accuracy
