Job Title: Business Analyst (SDLC, Requirements Gathering & System Testing )13+ Years
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and maintaining business requirements gathered from business stakeholders, existing systems, and technical documentation.
- Experience developing business and functional requirements documentation, including use cases, process flow diagrams, screen mockups, data dictionaries, and other system documentation.
- Experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional, system, and regression testing, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage by mapping requirements to test scenarios and test cases.
- Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating the resolution of application defects, including performing retesting to verify successful defect remediation.
- Experience working with criminal justice and law enforcement systems, including applications supporting statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification, criminal history management, Sex Offender Registry management, Wanted/Missing Persons tracking, and other public safety or criminal justice processing functions.
