Job Summary


This role provides essential support to the IT Demand Management and Due Diligence processes by collaborating with business and IT leaders, requestors, and IT stakeholders to assess new technology, operational enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The position is responsible for facilitating the intake, analysis, documentation, and coordination of IT requests, ensuring that all submissions are aligned with organizational priorities, governance standards, and technology strategies.

Job Duties

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for requestors, providing guidance on Demand Management processes, requirements, and expectations.

+ Conduct demand intake and triage analysis to assess request completeness, determine appropriate routing, identify governance needs, and engage the appropriate stakeholders.

+ Partner with requestors to develop and refine business cases, ensuring demands are prepared for governance and approval decisions through clear documentation of business value, risk, strategic alignment, and resource availability.

+ Facilitate due diligence activities by coordinating required reviews, documentation, meetings, and summary reporting to support informed decision-making and contracting readiness.

+ Gather required vendor and internal documentation to support evaluation, risk review, and decision-making.

+ Coordinate and lead due diligence meetings with requestors, vendors, internal stakeholders, and consultative teams as appropriate.

+ Prepare due diligence summary reports that document findings, recommendations, risks, dependencies, and required follow-up for contracting and approval activities.

+ Coordinate stakeholder assessments and ensure feedback is collected, documented, and incorporated into the demand review process.

+ Monitor demand tasks, workflows, and service-level expectations to support timely progression, process adherence, and issue resolution.

+ Maintain accurate demand documentation, status updates, decision records, and stakeholder communications throughout the full demand lifecycle.

+ Identify opportunities to improve Demand Management and Due Diligence processes, supporting continuous enhancement, standardization, and operational efficiency.
