LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. The role is mostly remote but with 1-2 days in office intermittently for collaboration sessions. Work Offices: San Ramon/Dublin locations
EQUIPMENT: Vendor-provided laptop to start. HM will eventually assign a *** device. PPE: Once needed, CW may purchase and expense for reimbursements with prior *** Manager approval.
**With prior *** Manager approval, CW may expense mileage reimbursements when traveling to any other locations that is not their primary business location and if the travel is more than 50 miles (one way) from their home. If any overnight stay is required, which is very rare in the group, costs may be reimbursed as well.

Job Responsibilities

Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data.
Supports logistiical tasks related to Weekly/monthly/quarterly operating reviews by aggregating data, validating inputs, and preparing materials for leadership discussions
Develops new or revises existing data analysis to predict business outcomes selecting from various complex variables.
Develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders.

Manages small to mid-size initatives related to electrical operations processes.
Develop clear, executive-ready presentations, one pagers, etc that translate complex data and operational insights into actionable narratives
Analyze current-state processes and support development of improved workflows, tools, and reporting structures to drive efficiency and waste reductio


Education Minimum
Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience required.

Desired
MBA or graduate degree,

Experience Min: 4 years of related work experience
