Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop actionable insights.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to create reports and dashboards for decision-making support.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to optimize workflow.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
