In this position**,**you will help drive informed business decisions by creating dashboards, lender scorecards, and operational reports that support IHFAs strategic objectives. Unlike traditional analyst roles that report to IT, this position is embedded directly within the Homeownership Lending division, ensuring close collaboration with frontline operations and leadership to drive performance and program success. **In This Role, You Will:** - Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards to track performance trends and key lending metrics - Develop and distribute lender scorecards to evaluate partner performance and support engagement strategies - Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports related to loan production, pipeline management, servicing metrics, and strategic goals - Collaborate with Lending, Finance, Servicing, and Compliance teams to identify reporting needs and improve business processes - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies in reporting or source data - Provide leadership with actionable insights to support business planning, funding allocation, and performance reviews At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities.
