Job Description
BUSINESS ANALYST:
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross functional partners to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Support QA and UAT by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, identifying defects, and confirming solution alignment with business needs. Map, analyze, and optimize business processes; identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement. Perform data analysis to support decision making, insights, compliance needs, and reporting requirements. Evaluate solution options, assess impacts, and support stakeholder management, change adoption, and strategic planning. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); Computer Application is required. Work location: Somerset, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
