    Job Overview:

    The Marketing Technology Solutions team provides end-to-end design/implementation of solutions architecture and support for the CRM Technology programs. The Specialist, Retention Marketing Solutions, will lead and drive retention marketing solutions architecture to improve customer experience and engagement across all digital channels to meet marketing goals and objectives. This role will collaborate across marketing stakeholders, product, data science, and engineering and will be a trusted partner to our business team to deploy scalable solutions and enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencies

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Architecting and designing marketing technology solutions that bridge business and technology requirements and ensures usability, accessibility, and performance
    • Participate in architectural discussions and design exercises, with product and engineering, while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment meeting the goals of the tactic
    • Document solution requirements, use cases, and oversee implementation process across teams
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively and professionally cross-functionally and with external partners
    • Identify upstream and downstream impacts of a solution and work with internal business and technical groups to enhance business process to support new features and functionality
    • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
    • Monitor program metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
    • Build strong partnerships across Loyalty, CRM, Digital, Analytics, and Retail Operations teams.
    • Build strong partnerships across our vendor partners - Adobe/Oracle/SAS
    • Drive product roadmap and prioritization across vendor partners
    • Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and overseeing delivery of the strategic marketing capabilities required by the business functions
    • Conduct research and evaluate vendors (RFPs and POCs) and technology designs to meet competitive marketing trends
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field required.
    • Proven track records of delivering technical solution architecture across complex network of providers
    • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: product/technical program management, systems/business analysis, and other relevant technology roles
    • Strong leadership experience including ability to navigate and thrive in complex organizational structures and drive large, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
    • Hands on experience in outbound marketing communication channels such as Email, SMS, Push with preferred expertise in customer personalization and monetization
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
    • Familiar with and knowledgeable about various developer platforms, APIs, and Web Services and SQL scripting for data validation
    • Proven ability to write effective data and process documentation, and user stories
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
    • Digital marketing or retail experience strongly preferred

    Skills Summary:

    • SQL & Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages or data manipulation.
    • ETL & Data Processing: Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi) and data warehouses (Oracle, Hadoop, Snowflake, DB2).
    • CRM & Marketing Platforms: Strong knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe suite of products
    • Analytics & Reporting: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Tableau and customer segmentation techniques.
    • Data Integration & APIs: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, MuleSoft, and Postman for system connectivity.
    • Cloud & Big Data: Exposure to AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue), Google BigQuery, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
    • Root Cause Analysis & Data Quality: Ability to investigate data discrepancies, optimize customer journeys, and ensure data integrity.
    • Marketing & Customer Insights: Understanding of campaign execution, segmentation, A/B testing, and cross-channel analytics.
    • Data Governance & Compliance: Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and secure handling of PII data.
    • Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborates with marketing, IT, developers, vendors, and product managers.
    • Data Storytelling & Visualization: Ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
    • Project Management & Documentation: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and maintaining data dictionaries.
    • Problem-Solving & Automation: Identifies opportunities for scalability, automation, and process improvement.
    • Self-Starter & Adaptability: Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
