The Business Analyst / Systems Integrator supports the delivery of a Commercial Off‑The‑Shelf (COTS) software solution that is configured and tailored to meet the mission, business processes, and operational needs of a U.S. Government customer. This role serves as a critical liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and program leadership to ensure the solution is properly configured, integrated, and adopted.
The ideal candidate is a flexible, self‑starting professional who thrives in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments, can quickly learn COTS product capabilities, and can translate customer requirements into product‑supported functionality while minimizing custom development.
