About the Role:

As a Business Services Analyst, you will provide essential support to the business services team by performing a variety of administrative and analytical tasks. You will assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, ensuring the smooth operation of business processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform administrative duties, including conducting research, updating databases, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of business presentations and proposals.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Assist in the management of business projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide support in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for business activities.
  • Assist in the development of business policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the business services team.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years of experience and education will be considered.
  • Possesses knowledge of standard principles with some practical experience in applying them.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience in analyzing information and standard practices to make sound judgments.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.

Turner and Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
