Job Summary:
Looking for a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, UAT, QA, and ERP systems. Candidate should be able to handle multiple projects and work closely with business and technical teams.
Required Skills:
3%2B years of Business Analyst experience
Strong experience in BRDs, user stories, and process flows
Experience with UAT, test cases, and defect tracking
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle PeopleSoft / Florida PALM)
Experience in ERP implementation or migration projects
Background in government or public sector projects
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
Experience in training and user support
