Business Analyst / Technical Analyst – Agentic AI

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Technical Analyst – Customer Operations & AI Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support the delivery of AI-powered initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business and technical analysis, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Dialogflow AI solutions, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Python-based API integrations. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Customer Operations and AI Operations projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery teams to define project objectives and ensure alignment.

• Translate Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Dialogflow AI solution designs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.

• Support the design, configuration, and testing of solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Work with GCP services, including Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secret Manager, to support cloud-based AI solutions.

• Contribute to the development and validation of Python-based integrations and APIs using FastAPI and Flask.

• Perform technical analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization across AI Operations workflows.

• Support integration testing and validate that cloud-based AI systems meet business and technical requirements.

• Analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend AI-driven improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement in customer operations, automation, and delivery performance.

• Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders and globally distributed teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Technical Analysis.

• Experience delivering complex AI, cloud, or digital transformation projects, preferably in Customer Operations or AI Operations.

• Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:

  • Cloud Run

  • Cloud Scheduler

  • Secret Manager

• Hands-on familiarity with Google GECX Platform and Dialogflow AI solutions.

• Practical understanding of Agentic AI and Conversational AI technologies.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.

• Ability to perform technical analysis, review code logic, and support integration testing.

• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI-powered customer service and operations solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI workflow automation.

• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending AI-driven solutions.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and functional specifications.
