Business Analyst + Testing - Empower LOS Implementation

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Business Analyst + Testing - Empower LOS Implementation for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst (BA) serves as the primary link between business stakeholders and the technical implementation team for the Empower Loan Origination System (LOS) project.
• The role focuses on defining, documenting, and managing requirements and optimizing lending workflows.
• Requirements Management
• Elicit and Validate Requirements: Gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders (lending, operations, compliance).
• Document Creation: Author formal documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Compliance:
• Ensure all documented requirements meet relevant regulatory standards (e.g., TRID, HMDA).
• Workflow Analysis and Design
• Process Mapping:
• Analyze current state ('As-Is') lending processes and define optimized future state ('To-Be') workflows within Empower LOS.
• Workflow Documentation:
• Document detailed process flows and system logic for handoffs between departments and external vendors.
• Gap Analysis:
• Identify differences between existing capabilities and future needs, advising on necessary Empower configuration

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in Financial Services/Lending domain with deep knowledge of the loan origination lifecycle.
• Experience with an LOS platform (Empower preferred).
• Expertise in BRD/FRD writing and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) along with Testing experience
• Years of Experience: 14.00 Years of Experience
